Hyper Systems Ltd. built the myRADAR app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Hyper Systems Ltd. and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at myRADAR unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to FCM device token, User location, Phone & Call, Email Address. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Terms & Conditions

The subscriber agrees to subscribe 'myRADAR Vehicle Tracker’ Service from Hyper Systems Ltd. under the following terms & conditions:

  1. The subscriber will be liable to pay the monthly fee(s) fixed by myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.).
  2. The subscriber shall pay the monthly bill regularly within due date mentioned on the bill (Through Cash, Cheque, bKash, Rocket, Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank Deposit) in order to avoid interruption of the 'myRADAR Vehicle Tracker’. This payment must be made within due date, even if the subscriber disputes the bill and even if the vehicle tracker device with the SIM card is claimed to be damaged, lost or stolen.
  3. Subscriber shall be liable to pay all existing charges as billed by myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) in its prescribed bill format for the 'myRADAR Vehicle Tracker’.
  4. myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) have the right to terminate or suspend or bar the vehicle tracking service if the subscriber fails to pay the total charges (‘billed', ‘to-be-billed' or 'un-billed') accumulated any time exceeds the subscriber's credit limit.
  5. The subscriber may be entitled to reconnect his/her service by making payment of his/her outstanding bills along with reconnection charge. However reconnection may require couple of days lead time.
  6. The subscriber may dispute any part of the subscriber's bill and request myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) to scrutinize any possible errors, myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) will scrutinize and correct the bill (if required).
  7. Subscribers is not allowed to transfer ownership without prior permission of myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) The transfer may require transfer fee as well as all required papers which includes but not limited to photograph, NID, Vehicle papers, Transfer certificate (and any other documents wherever applicable).
  8. myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) shall have the right to delete/permanently disconnect a subscriber's account if the subscriber fails to pay the bill within the 90 days period of temporary suspension from the due date of payment.
  9. myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) does not guarantee any specific quality standards in the services. However, it will provide best effort to provide industry standard services.
  10. myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) does not take the responsibility for possible cellular network quality or congestion encountered during data transmission of the 'myRADAR Vehicle Tracker’ tracking service.
  11. Subscriber shall keep confidentiality of all information and treat it as trade secret that is received from myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.).
  12. In consideration of subscriber’s use of the 'MyRADAR Vehicle Tracker’ subscriber is under obligation to provide true, accurate, current and complete information regarding his address, billing information and vehicle.
  13. The subscriber shall maintain and update the personal data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
  14. If subscriber provides any information that is unique, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) has the right to suspend or terminate any and all current or future use of 'myRADAR Vehicle Tracking Service'.
  15. Subscriber is responsible for all activities undertaken by him/herself using the 'myRADAR Vehicle Tracking Service'. All such activities are at the subscriber's own risk.
  16. Subscriber is responsible to keep his/her subscribers Identification number, User name, Password as his/her personal credentials under his/her own custody (as secret).
  17. myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) shall have the right to issue bill in different fixed dates in a month dividing into different cycles and the subscriber shall be billed for providing the 'myRADAR Vehicle Tracking Service' in accordance within the billing cycle he is allocated. The bill for the new subscriber shall be charged from the date of activation to the last day of the bill cycle. The billing cycle as a whole may be mentioned in the bill.
  18. Subscriber shall immediately notify myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) of any unauthorized use or the possibility of the unauthorized usage of Identification number, User name, Password or any other breach of security regarding the 'myRADAR Vehicle Tracker' Tracking Service.
  19. Service Limitations:
    1. Services are available subject to user subscription, on time bill payment, successful use credentials verification.
    2. Services are available subject to vehicle ignition switch is on, electrical circuits are completed, vehicle electrical fuse systems are perfect and vehicle battery is properly charged and connected.
    3. Services are available subject to availability of cellular network (Coverage, Capacity, Quality, GPRS, EDGE network availability) and GPS signal.
    4. Service may be interrupted if cellular network or GPS system disturbance is there.
    5. Services may be affected by due to unavoidable circumstances like-Regulatory interruption, Lawful interruption, natural calamity, earthquake, hurricane, floods etc. labor strikes, civil commotion, riots or war; or any other act or event that is beyond reasonable control of myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.).
    6. Services will not be available if myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) server is suspended due to any unavoidable circumstances, maintenance work, ISP network bandwidth disturbance, Power disturbance etc.
  20. Fair Usage Policy:
    If myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) determines that your usage of the ‘myRADAR Vehicle Tracker’ is so excessive that it violates myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) fair usage policy which can be revised from time to time as decided by myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) or governed by Govt. regulatory authority.
  21. Warranty Terms:
    myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.) provides limited replacement warranty for 2(Two) years for the ‘myRADAR Vehicle Tracker’ device falling within the parameter of the Limited Warranty provided with the product. Below conditions should be met to avail a replacement device:
    1. Warranty will be void if device is opened, replaced, disconnected without authorized Technician/Engineers of myRADAR Tracker (Hyper systems Ltd.).
    2. The device is physically damaged, fire damaged or damaged by vehicle accidental cause.
    3. If the device is shot-circuited by any external Vehicle electrical maintenance work.
    4. If the device was exposed to water, lubricant or any other liquid during vehicle maintenance work.
  22. BTRC or any government authority will have the right to monitor or ask for records of all information, data, log, credentials of clients.
  23. Reporting can be deviated due to cellular network coverage, Vehicle electrical system, operation issue, Vehicle sensor system, Auxiliary sensor system or GPS signal.
